Privacy Policy

How LOGPIER collects, protects, and deletes minimal account data when you sign in with Google or Discord.

1. Information We Collect

LOGPIER never collects or stores raw passwords. When you sign in via Google or Discord OAuth, we receive only minimal profile identifiers:

+OAuth Sign-In: Provider user ID, email address, display name, and avatar URL
+Optional Reviewer Application: Public Steam profile URL, co-op playtime summary, and tested hardware setup
+Security & Session Data: Strictly necessary authentication session cookies (SameSite=Lax, HTTPS Secure) and short-lived IP logs for abuse/rate-limit protection

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to operate LOGPIER features and never sell personal data to third-party advertisers:

+Authenticating your session and syncing your bookmarked co-op games across devices, alongside local browser storage for your game-night shortlist
+Reviewing Verified Reviewer applications and attributing published co-op play notes
+Protecting accounts against unauthorized access and responding to support requests

3. Cookies & Infrastructure Providers

We use strictly necessary Supabase SSR authentication cookies (SameSite=Lax, Secure over HTTPS) and local browser storage for your party shortlist. We never set third-party ad-tracking cookies.

Authentication and database storage are hosted on Supabase with encrypted connections and Row-Level Security (RLS) enforcement.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion Requests

We retain account information only while your account remains active. Upon a deletion request, your profile data is permanently erased.

To request data access, correction, or complete account deletion, email logpier.official@gmail.com from your registered address and we will process it within 5 business days.
